2023 Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships messages reach a minimum of 2,000 impressions per month.
The audience is comprised of the WRC membership (30 active and 100+ honory), the general public who we serve (upward of 75+ people depending on the event) and the rotary district comprised of over 1,700 community and business leaders in Berks, Bucks, Lehigh, Montgomery and Northampton counties.
Sponsorship Levels and details:
Monthly: $10.00
Includes logo with link on our website and newsletter, logo on all monthly meeting agendas and club e-blasts, logo at any events happening during the month of the sponsorship.
Annual: $100.00 per year
Includes all the elements of the monthly sponsorship and is active for 12 months. The sponsorship fee can be applied toward the cost of a corporate Rotary membership.
Event Partner: Varies per event
Warminster Rotary Club holds various events throughout the year. Our events are fundraisers for a specific humanitarian purpose. Your sponsorship supplements the monetary contributions that each Rotarian gives in addition to monies raised by the event itself. The end result is a greater impact of services we mutually provide to our community.
Basic Elements of an Event Sponsor: All event sponsors receive a minimum of 3 months of logo/link exposure on web-based communications (the month before, during and after the event) and signage at the event. Inclusion of premium (aka "swag") items in any guest giveaways, and logo inclusion on any promotional items.
Type of Event:
Annual Golf Outing - range from $200 to $10,000. Funds defray the hard costs of hosting the event such as facility rental, food and prizes.
Food Bank Events - $200 to $500. Funds defray the cost of material items (if needed) to host the event. If there are no material costs, all sponsorships go directly toward the purchase of food or food gift cards and are given to the Warminster Food Bank.
Community Events - $150 to $300. Funds defray the costs of participation in community events such as Farmers Markets, Warminster Day, Parades and education programs that require an entry fee.
Student of the Month - $100 per month. Funds defray the cost of student of the month recognition plaque and will help develop a nominal monetary award as well.
