I just completed Part III and graduated from The Rotary Leadership Institute over a three year period. The mission of the RLI is to strengthen Rotary clubs through quality leadership education. Each part of my RLI day was filled with several informative educational mini sessions on various leadership topics. Every session was unique and motivating because we had a different instructor for each topic. It was also a great forum to meet and share several ideas with other Rotarians throughout several districts in our area. It was enjoyable and important for me to enhance my education and knowledge of an organization that I’m proud to be part of and support all year round. I would highly recommend RLI to every Rotarian looking to strengthen their club and enhance their leadership skills that can also be applied to their everyday life.
